Memorandum of Cooperation

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Public Association "National Mediation Center", Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republican Public Association "Eurasian Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Praktikos", Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to exchange experience, the leaders K.Sozakbayuly and Kutova L.V. took part in a training seminar on: "Restorative mediation.

In order to develop international cooperation in solving international legal, economic, social, cultural and humanitarian problems, a Memorandum was signed in Bishkek on February 12, 2020 between the Public Association "Lawyers of Kyrgyzstan" represented by Chairman Ruslan Muratbekovich Myrzalimov, and the Republican Public Association "Eurasian Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Praktikos", The Republic of Kazakhstan represented by President Lyudmila V. Kutova.

On February 12, 2020, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed in Bishkek between the Higher School of Justice at the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic represented by Director Elmira Baytikova and the Republican Public Association "Eurasian Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Praktikos", the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by President Lyudmila Kutova.
Within the framework of this Memorandum, the parties carry out mutual cooperation with the aim of wider dissemination and application of mediation as an effective way of resolving legal disputes on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 20, 2020, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Territorial Association of Trade Unions "Trade Union Center of Almaty" represented by the Head Umirbaeva Zauresh Abilgozhanovna and the Branch of the Republican Public Association "Eurasian Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Praktikos" in Almaty represented by First Vice President Kanat Sozakpayuly. The Territorial Association of Trade Unions "Trade Union Center of Almaty" has opened a "Center for extrajudicial reconciliation" at the address: 37A Zheltoksan Avenue, Almaty.

In order to develop mediation, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Military Court of the Almaty Garrison in the person of Chairman Zhailaubai Zhanat Nesipbayuly and the Republican Public Association "Eurasian Union of Lawyers and Mediators "Prartikos" in the city of Almaty in the person of First Vice-President Kanat Sozakpayuly.

General Mediation Course

The "General Mediation Course" held from March 10 to March 4, 2020 in Almaty is intended to prepare everyone who wants to become a professional mediator who meets the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mediation". Persons who have received a certificate in the curriculum "General Mediation Course" have the right to conduct practical activities as a mediator on a professional basis without the right to teach mediation.
